Overview:
The Operations Division supports the team in achieving their goals safely and efficiently. The division is responsible for allocating resources across the wet and dry labs, as well as the operational side. The team collaborates to plan events and competitions, manage funding, and handle marketing and advertising efforts. This ensures that we can positively impact the greatest number of people possible.
In addition, we have an operation team dedicate to insure safety. The lab supervisor team is dedicated to maintaining safe lab operations and training compliance among members and leads. To ensure lab safety, our team provides hands-on on equipment trainings on various lab equipment, facilitates lab sessions, manages the teams safety documentation and creates SOPs for various processes and equipment usage. Through these initiatives, the lab supervisors are dedicated to providing members with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the lab and maintaining a safe environment for learning and growth.
